Franky

My story

Franky will be 5 on May 12. I’ve had him since he was a puppy. This is an extremely difficult decision, but I can no longer meet his needs. He was raised in a home with a large yard, and I moved to an apartment 5 months ago. Due to heavy foot traffic, he alert barks, and my landlord is now threatening eviction. He also howls at sirens. He is a very good, highly intelligent dog who learns quickly and knows many commands (sit, stay, shake, speak, roll over, spin). I walk him 40+ minutes daily, and he learns new commands in just a few repetitions. Franky is bonded to his brother (pictured). I would strongly prefer they stay together, but I understand that may be difficult. My family can keep his brother temporarily if needed. He has been around other dogs and does well with proper introductions. A home with a secure backyard is required. I would like to visit the home prior to placement, or do a Zoom walkthrough if out of state, and see the home at drop-off to ensure a good fit.
