QUICK FACTS Name: Jungkook Age: About 1 year old Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Jindo – Retriever Mix Color: White Weight: 16kg / 35lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was rescued from the euthanasia list at the city shelter. Now I’m safe and ready to start a new life with a loving forever family.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Neutered & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY Hi, I’m Jungkook, a sweet and affectionate friend who loves connecting with people. I may feel a little shy when we first meet, but it doesn’t take long for me to warm up—especially if there are treats and gentle affection involved! Once I feel comfortable, I’ll happily come over and show my charming, playful side. I love interacting with people and even know how to show off a little—sit, down, paw—I enjoy communicating and getting attention from my humans. I’m gentle and have almost no aggression, and sometimes I even lean on other dogs for comfort. I’m a smart, lively little dog who tends to be loved wherever I go. I’m a dog with a bright personality and a heart full of affection. I can’t wait to meet my forever family and share all my love with them.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I might be a bit shy when we first meet. But if you offer me a tasty treat, I’ll happily take it and warm up to you quickly. Before long, we’ll be friends and you’ll be able to hold me in your arms and pet me too! I haven’t had the chance to meet children under 13 yet, but with careful introduction, I’m sure I’ll get along great with them. · With Dogs: I’m very friendly! I like walking up to both familiar dogs and new dogs to say hello and invite them to play. I’m not the one to start a fight. Even if another dog tries to provoke me, I usually choose to walk away instead of getting into trouble. I like to keep things calm and friendly.   · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have moderate energy level – I enjoy outdoor activities like walks and exploring, and I’m always happy to spend time outside. After some fun outdoor time, I’m also very good at settling down and resting quietly at home. I have a nice balance between playtime and relaxation. When I go on walks, sometimes I get a little excited and pull on the leash, but I generally follow my person well and like staying close. With a little guidance and practice, I can keep improving my walking manners and become an even better walking buddy!   TRAINING & HABITS I don’t guard my food — not from people and not from other dogs. I’m very easygoing at mealtime.I’m generally very quiet and rarely bark.When I’m placed in a kennel, I stay calm and settle down nicely.I’m comfortable using both indoor pee pads and going potty outside, so I can easily adapt to either routine.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself.
