My story

Hi. I’m Dustin — Resident Genius of the Stranger Things Crew Curious, Cuddly & Slightly Mischievous My Origin Story: Brains, Heart & a Little Bit of Chaos Hey, I’m Dustin. Yep… that Dustin with the quirky serious smile. The smart one that’s younger then the rest. The curious one, that is 30lbs. The one always trying to figure things out. When I first got here, I was a little scared, but even then I couldn’t help myself — I was sitting up looking out the window, taking it all in. I might be unsure at first, but I’m always learning and figuring things out. My Personality: Big Lover Energy I am a lover. Sweet, gentle, and very chill. I get along with all dogs and everyone I meet adores me. I love being petted, cuddled, and just hanging out close to my people. I can be a bit mischievous; I once dragged a king-size quilt outside like it was my job. If I find something interesting, there’s a good chance I’m taking it outside. For my night I like to sing little lullabies at night. Just a soft howl to wind down. My Social Life: Pack Boy Forever I come from a pack and need that in my life. Other dogs help me feel safe and confident. I watch them, learn from them, and follow their lead. Food Situation and Training I don’t miss meals. Ever. Feeding time is one of my favorite parts of the day, and I’m always ready. I am kennel trained and doing well. I don’t fight going in and sometimes go in on my own when I know it’s time. I’m doing great with potty training. There has been some marking in the past, but now that I’m neutered it should improve with consistency. I’m still learning leash walking. I used to crouch, but now I’m getting more confident. I just check in with you to make sure I’m safe. Health I’m a healthy guy with no underlying medical issues. A good diet and grooming will keep me thriving. Please keep my beautiful mane clean that's what attracts the ladies! What I Need I need a home with another dog and a family that will give me patience, structure, and love. I’m smart, sweet, and a little goofy. Once I trust you, I’m all in. A dog’s behavior can change with a new environment and energy, and every family’s dynamic is different. What works or is allowed in one foster home may not be the same in yours, so consistency, patience, and continued training are key to their success.
