My story
Jasper is a 4 year old neutered male bichon who weighs 12.5 pounds. He was rescued in rough shape and needed to be immediately shaved, but he has never looked back. Jasper is a little hand shy, but has never shown any aggression. He needs an understanding family to spoil him rotten and we know that he will thrive with some TLC. Jasper has tested well with other dogs and was used to living with other small dogs.
