My story

Meet Kona! Kona has joined our rescue from our friends at Pinal County, where she was continuously overlooked by potential adopters. Kona has quickly become a favorite amongst volunteers in the rescue. She has a sweet and goofy personality and she’s incredibly affectionate. Kona loves playing with toys (especially her ball) and then coming into your lap for belly rubs. Kona walks well on leash and takes corrections well. She knows basic commands and is house and crate-trained. Kona is dog-friendly with proper introductions with males and smaller female dogs. She is great with people and has previous notes of doing well with children. Kona politely asks for no cats in her future home.
