My story

We have had him since he was a tiny kitten. He has been strictly indoor his whole life. We are moving soon but unfortunately cannot take him with us. He is the sweetest! Loves love! He doesn’t love being held. Maybe because he is so heavy 19 lbs! (uncomfortable?) He used to like being held more when he was skinnier. He loves to play on the ground getting petted and scratches. When he gets cozy he likes belly rubs. He is often rubbing back and forth on legs and vocal wanting petting and scratches. He loves his cat tree. Running across the room onto it and hanging from it scratching on it. We had two other cats female that he loved- not sure about other male cats…zero interactions. He is a very skittish and scaredy cat in general. Loud noises large groups of people. Unknown anything will send him to a safe spot (behind the couch right now) till things get quiet and he feels safe. So he is not fond of Dogs. We had a dog for a year, Indy didn’t go downstairs at all! A calm home preferred.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Indy, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
