My story

Hey hey, I’m Daisy! I’m a fun-sized Chihuahua–Pekingese mix with a big personality and even bigger opinions. My favorite things include being glued to my favorite human, taking classy little strolls around the neighborhood, and indulging in premium snuggle sessions. And just so we are clear, not all snuggles are created equal. If your blanket is not soft enough, we will need to address that. I have standards. I can be a little shy when meeting new people, but give me some time to bond with you and I will decide you are my person forever. Once that happens, congratulations, you now have a tiny, devoted best friend who will follow you everywhere and judge anyone who interrupts our bonding time. I have lived with dogs of all sizes and generally do well with them. That said, I would love to meet any future dog siblings and the whole family before going home. I like to make sure everyone understands the house rules, especially the one about me being the center of attention. Speaking of which, I do have a tiny bit of an attitude. Mostly when someone dares to interrupt my snuggle time. I mean, rude. Because of my love for being the main character, I would do best in a home with adults or older kids who respect my need for personal space and my very important cuddle schedule. I am potty trained and dog door trained, so I already have the basics down. While I may be a little older, I still have plenty of pep in my step. I just need regular potty breaks to keep everything running smoothly. If you are looking for a loyal, snuggly, slightly dramatic best friend who will love you endlessly, I am your girl!
