My story

🐾 Meet Daisy! Daisy is a young American Pitbull Terrier mix (likely with some Heeler) estimated to be 1–1.5 years old. She’s bright, goofy, affectionate, and full of energy. Daisy loves squeaky toys, tug-of-war, chewing, and rolling around in the grass, and once she’s had an outlet for her energy she’s happy to snuggle. She’s a smart, high-drive dog who is already learning quickly in training — she knows her name, is offering “sit,” is mostly potty trained, and has started muzzle training for outdoor scavenging. She would thrive with an active, experienced owner who enjoys training, enrichment, and outdoor adventures like hiking. Daisy does show some leash reactivity and has a strong prey drive, so she would do best in a home without cats and likely as an only dog initially. She also seems more comfortable with women and may be fearful of men. With structure, patience, and continued training, Daisy has all the potential to be an incredible adventure companion. 💛
