My story

Greetings, Sophie Jane here! I’m a stunning 1-year-old calico with big, soulful copper eyes and a coat that looks like a living kaleidoscope of color. I was rescued from life on the streets. Because of my past, I can be shy and easily overwhelmed in new environments. I’m looking for an adopter who has experience with undersocialized cats—someone who understands that trust takes time and is built with patience, consistency, and compassion. I may need a slow start, but I promise I’m worth it. Once I feel safe and acclimated, my sweet side really shines. I love sitting on laps, purring, cuddling, and I even have a playful streak! CHECK OUT MY VIDEO! I would do best in a calm, quiet home where I can settle in at my own pace with lots of support. I’m deeply bonded with my sister, Stella Joy, and we need to be adopted together. She gives me confidence and comfort, and helps me be a little braver every day. Together, we’ll thrive in a peaceful home.
