My story

Bear was born in mid-March, 2025 to a stray female who adopted my yard. She became pregnant and gave birth to two boys and a girl. I purchased a shelter, but as they grew, they climbed out and I was afraid for their safety - so I brought them indoors and lured their very skittish mom in as well to look after them. Bear was adorable and looked just like a tiny bear cub. He's solid black with a small patch of white on his lower belly. He has a beautiful shiny coat - and pretty gold eyes. He's a really sweet boy - but I never intended to keep any of the kittens. I already have two senior boys and they don't appreciate their home being invaded. Unfortunately, I was laid off in April, 2025 and his sister has had significant health issues, so I simply can't afford to get him neutered. He's now a grown young male with a brother - both in tact - and do what male cats do - and I can't handle it anymore. He's a darling cat - he just needs a new, forever loving home. Please help me - and him!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Bear, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
