Buddy

My story

Buddy was rescued from a kill shelter in April 2025. One of his elder owners passed away in Feb 2026. Due to ongoing health issues and age of the surviving spouse/owner, they are unable to walk and provide basic care the dog. A good new home for Buddy would include a good sized yard, a new owner who can give him frequent walks, there is a dog walker who visits 2x a day and walks about a mile each time. A owner good with training, giving commands, and being assertive/holding boundaries. Preferable a pet free home, he does have another elderly dog "brother" in the home. He is neutered, micro chipped, and vaccinated. He eats fresh pet and kibble, and loves chewing toys, and is a very sweet boy. Will try to sleep on your bed, and sit in our lap on the couch. He is soft lead leashed trained, he wears a wonder walker harness, he follows commands from one on one training. Age is a little undeteminded but we guess between the ages of 2-2.5, lots of puppy energy still.
