My story

Hi there, I’m Stratford and to be honest- the world feels a little bit big and loud to me sometimes. Once I know you’re a friend, I am a total lovebug who thrives on calm, quiet companionship. My favorite things are head scritches, and hanging out with my friends - human and feline. I am a gentle boy looking for a calm forever home. I am a perfect companion for someone who appreciates a serene, loving, and only slightly introverted cat. Stratford came to Abbey Cats from a busy home in Northern Ontario. He is a very sweet and social cat, but takes a minute to warm up in new situations. He loves gentle head scritches and from both his foster human and from the other cats in the foster home Stratford would be fine in a home with quiet older children, or with adults only. Ideally he should be adopted with his friend Niagara.
