Hazel

My story

It breaks our hearts, but we are looking for a loving new home for our dog, Hazel. She is an 8-year-old pit bull/cattle dog mix with the sweetest soul. Hazel is incredibly affectionate, loyal, and amazing with people. She absolutely loves human attention and will happily be your cuddle buddy or companion throughout the day. She is both house-trained and leash-trained, and she does very well in a home environment with a family or with just one person. Hazel would do best as the only pet in the home, as she does not get along with other dogs. Because of this, we want to make sure she goes to a home where she can be the center of attention and thrive. This decision hasn’t been easy—our circumstances have changed, and we want to make sure Hazel gets the life and environment she truly deserves.
