My story

Meet Betti — a joyful, outgoing puppy ready to bring laughter, love, and a little bit of puppy chaos into her forever home. At just 10 weeks old, Betti is already showing off her bright and curious personality. Confident and adventurous, she’s always eager to explore new places, meet new people, and dive headfirst into fun. She’s incredibly sweet, affectionate, and full of life, with the kind of playful energy that keeps everyone smiling. Like any happy puppy, Betti loves to romp, play, and tumble around as she discovers the world. She’s also thoughtful and inquisitive, always watching, learning, and figuring things out faster than you’d expect for her age. Betti is off to a great start with early training. She will often sit when asked (though her attention span is still very puppy-like!), responds to her name most of the time, and is highly food motivated, which will make continued training both fun and rewarding. She has already mastered stairs, happily follows her humans around the house, and trots confidently in and out of play yards. At night, Betti settles quietly in her kennel and sleeps through the night — a huge win for such a young pup. During the day, she’s playful, energetic, and always ready for her next adventure. She’s currently living peacefully with both a cat and a medium-sized dog, showing she can adapt well to a multi-pet household. As for housetraining, she’s just getting started and will need a patient adopter to help her continue learning the ropes. Betti is loving, smart, and full of potential. She’s sure to bring warmth, fun, and endless companionship to the lucky family who welcomes her home. Our adoption fee helps cover expenses (vaccinations, microchips, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets we rescue. UAF does not adopt or ship outside the state of Arizona. To ensure the best fit, UAF conducts a home visit to meet other pets and verify a safe, secure yard. If you have any questions or to adopt a dog an application must submitted.
