Izzy

My story

This is Izzy! He is a 5 year old Pit Mix. We are unsure what he is mixed with. We got him from a co-worker who did not know what he is mixed with or his exact birthday. He loves car rides, going on walks, playing fetch, and snuggling! He thinks he is a lap dog. Izzy is a big sweetheart who loves any human he meets. We have not had him around young children. He needs to be the only animal in the home, he has fought with other dogs and cats before. His previous owners did not crate train, so we just leave him out during the day and he hasn’t had any accidents or torn anything up. He’s pretty strong willed so he has to be told a few times before he’ll do something, but he does know most commands! If he gets scared he will sit in the bathroom/bathtub. Only one time since we’ve had him he has nipped at us, while he was scared but never actually bit.He is a great companion. He has a big heart and is a sweet boy overall. We need to find him a forever home!
