My story

Sasha is an 11-year-old Shepherd mix with a gentle heart and a quietly joyful spirit. She enjoys the simple things in life—soft places to rest, kind companionship, and leisurely strolls where she can soak up the sunshine. While she may seem a bit reserved at first, Sasha truly comes alive outdoors, where her more upbeat, jovial personality shines through as she explores the world at her own pace.Sasha came to the shelter after the loss of her previous owner, and she may need a little time and patience to adjust to a new home, but she is incredibly sweet-natured and forms strong, meaningful bonds with her people. Once she feels safe and settled, her affectionate and loyal nature becomes clear.Sasha would do best in a calm, loving home where she can take her time settling in and be cherished for the wonderful companion she is. She’s well past the puppy stage and is simply looking for a peaceful place to spend her golden years, with someone who will appreciate her gentle presence and the quiet joy she brings.The dog adoption fee is $110. They come spayed/neutered, microchipped, first set of vaccines including DAPP (parvo combo), Bordatella (kennel cough), have been dewormed with Pyrantel, and have been treated with selamectin for fleas.Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online.If you`d like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510.
