Seven Lucky Kitties – Looking for Their Second ChanceThese seven beautiful cats survived a devastating house fire in Worcester, and every single one of them is a true survivor. They’ve been through something no animal should ever experience - smoke, chaos, fear, and sudden loss of the only home they knew. Some have small burn injuries, all are still learning to trust again, but each one has a spark of bravery that’s beginning to shine through.Right now, they need gentle, patient adopters who understand that healing takes time. Soft voices, slow movements, and a calm environment will help them blossom into the loving companions we know they can be.Although they previously had indoor/outdoor access, we are seeking indoor-only homes to keep them safe as they continue to recover and build confidence.They can be adopted in pairs or individually. Also, resident cat who is kind, calm, and nurturing could be a wonderful match with a slow introductionNo dogs, please they’ve been through enough stress.Children are welcome if they understand quiet, patient, respectful interactionsA spare room for a slow introduction would be necessaryTo honor their fiery past and bright future, we named them after Pokémon fire-type characters because these cats are survivors with hearts that still burn strong.Meet the Seven Lucky Kitties:Monferno (Male, Orange Tabby)The bravest of the bunch. He’s adjusting to shelter life the fastest and is starting to show his sweet personality.Ponyta (Female, Grey Tiger)Wide-eyed and absolutely stunning. She watches everything carefully and is slowly learning that people can be kind.RapidashA sensitive soul who startles easily. With patience, this beautiful cat will learn that they no longer need to run.VulpixShy and unsure, but with a gentle presence. A quiet home will help this little one feel safe enough to open up.CyndaquilA cutie with a small burn on their head and a slightly grumpy expression that only makes them more endearing. Fearful, but trying hard.LittenLonger fur and a soft spirit.
