My story

Rain is a four-year-old black Lab mix who got a second chance just in time. Now safe in rescue with Big Hearts for Big Breeds, this sweet girl is ready to leave her past behind and start a brighter, love-filled future. Rain is everything people love about Labs — friendly, people-oriented, and full of a joyful spark that shines through in her personality. She absolutely adores being around humans and brings a warm, happy energy wherever she goes. We’re still getting to know Rain, but so far she’s proven to be fantastic with people. Her compatibility with other dogs and cats is still being evaluated as she settles into her new environment and decompresses. As Rain continues to blossom in the care of Big Hearts for Big Breeds, we’re excited to learn more about her and help her find the perfect home. One thing is already certain — this sweet, resilient girl has so much love to give and is ready to share it with a lucky family.
