My story

Ziggy’s story is long, but what matters most is where he’s headed — toward love, stability, and a home where he can finally exhale. Despite everything he’s been through, Ziggy’s sweet and resilient personality continues to shine through more every day. As he settles into a new routine, we’re learning just how special this guy really is. Ziggy is smart, sensitive, and happiest when life feels calm and predictable. He thrives with structure, consistency, and people who understand that building trust takes patience. He enjoys a peaceful environment but could absolutely have a canine companion with slow, thoughtful introductions. Once he feels safe, his personality really starts to come out — including one of his favorite hobbies: the treadmill. Yes, seriously. Ziggy LOVES his treadmill time and proudly treats cardio like part of his daily routine. Ziggy is looking for someone willing to meet him where he’s at and give him the soft landing he deserves. In return, you’ll get a loyal companion who’s ready to keep healing, trusting, and loving.
