My story

🐾 Meet Ricky! 🐾 At just 13 weeks old, Ricky is a Cairn Terrier mix with a huge personality packed into a little body! Expected to grow to around 25 pounds, this adorable guy is looking for a family that will make him the center of their world. Ricky would love to be your one and only pup, but he could also do well with another calm, respectful dog who understands that personal space is important. He’s the type of boy who absolutely thrives on attention and wants to know where his favorite humans are at all times. He’ll happily follow you from room to room like your little shadow and will let you know with some sad puppy cries if you leave him behind. Because of his attachment to his people, Ricky would do best with someone who is home most of the day. Apartment living isn’t the right fit for this vocal little guy—he’s much better suited for a home where he has room to stretch his legs and be himself. Like any adventurous puppy, Ricky loves splashing in water bowls, digging little “construction projects” in the yard, and finding new ways to entertain himself. He’s playful, curious, and always ready to make you smile. He’d do great with respectful kids who understand puppy manners and are excited to have a fun-loving companion to grow up with.
