🐾 Meet Rupert: Professional Cuddler, Part-Time Velcro Pug 🐾 Rupert is the kind of pug who believes there is absolutely no reason for you to go anywhere in the house without him. Need to work? Rupert will supervise from a nearby dog bed. Need to relax? Rupert has already claimed your lap. Need to sleep? Rupert would very much like to discuss sharing the bed. Estimated to be around 9 years old, Rupert has mastered the art of living his best life: naps, snacks, cuddles, repeat. He's a low-key guy who prefers leisurely strolls over adventures and would happily trade a game of fetch for a cozy blanket and quality time with his favorite humans. His foster family describes him as an absolute cuddle bug who wants nothing more than to be close to his people. Rupert hands out kisses freely and has perfected the adorable pug maneuver of squeezing himself into the tiniest available space next to you. While Rupert can coexist with other dogs, he's not looking for a wrestling partner or a busy pack of canine roommates. He'd much rather be someone's loyal sidekick. He can be protective of his food, so mealtime is best served separately, and he's currently brushing up on his potty manners with a little help from a belly band. Rupert's dream home? A quieter household with people who understand that senior pugs are pure magic. Someone looking for a devoted companion, a couch buddy, a Netflix partner, and a shadow that snores.
