QUICK FACTS Name: Arthur Age: About 1 Year Old Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Jindo Mix Color: Brown Weight: 11kg / 24.2lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was rescued from a municipal shelter's euthanasia list and given a second chance at life. Now, I'm ready to embrace a future filled with love, happiness, and a family to call my own.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Neutered & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY I’m a super energetic, sunshine-filled “E-type” dog who loves everyone I meet! I greet the world with a bright, happy smile and I’m always excited to share my good vibes with people around me. I’m great on walks and know how to behave nicely on a leash. I also get along very well with other dogs, so I’m happy making friends wherever I go. Honestly, I’m just naturally in a good mood most of the time—it’s hard not to be when life feels this exciting! I’m a smart and cheerful Jindo-type dog with a wonderful personality. I already know basic commands like “sit,” “paw,” and “down,” and I enjoy showing them off when asked. I’m ready to bring joy, energy, and love into a forever home that will appreciate my bright spirit.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I’m a very affectionate and people-loving dog! I don't just enjoy spending time with people I know—I’m also happy to meet new friends. When I meet someone for the first time, I’ll often walk right up to say hello, lean in for attention, and happily accept gentle pets. In fact, I may even roll over and show my belly —a sign of my friendly, trusting nature and my love for affection. I’m comfortable being gently picked up with an arm under my belly. I’m especially wonderful with children and am very accepting and gentle with kids under 13 years old. · With Dogs: I’m a social and friendly dog who enjoys making new friends! Whether they are familiar faces or dogs I’m meeting for the first time, I like to approach politely, say hello, and invite them to play. I’m generally very open and positive toward other dogs, including those who are larger than me as well as those who are similar in size. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have high energy level – I truly enjoy being active outdoors. I do best when I get enough exercise and stimulation—after a good walk or play session, I’m able to settle down and rest calmly. I have experience with walks and generally do well on a leash. I tend to follow my person nicely and can walk without pulling when I’m focused and guided well. At times, I may still get a little excited and pull, but I always respond to my handler and want to stay close and connected.   TRAINING & HABITS I have a gentle and relaxed attitude toward food. Whether I'm around people or other dogs, I don’t feel the need to guard my meals or treats, and I’m comfortable sharing space peacefully. I’m very good with travel and handling. I can confidently get into and out of a car on my own, which makes outings and transitions much easier. For potty habits, I’m flexible and can use both indoor pee pads and outdoor bathroom breaks, depending on my family’s routine. When I arrive in a new environment, I may be more likely to mark as I adjust and get familiar with the space. With patience, structure, and proper guidance, I can continue to learn and improve as I settle into my new home.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself.
