My story

Hello, my name is Koa! I’m a sweet Shepherd mix girl searching for my forever home. I can be a little shy when meeting new people or exploring new environments, but with patience, love, and consistency, I’ll blossom and show you my true personality.I love playing tug and fetch, and I would thrive in a home that provides structure and routine. I’m a smart girl who enjoys training and exercise because keeping my brain busy helps me build confidence and shine! I’m open to having a dog sibling, but I’d love to meet them first to make sure we’re a great match. I would do best in a home without cats. The good news? I’m already potty trained, crate trained, and dog-door trained, so I’m off to a wonderful start! I’m also eligible for the staycation foster-to-adopt program, which gives us the chance to get to know each other at home before making things official. Come meet me today.
