In the scorching heat of August 2025, WEACT received an urgent call for help. Two dogs were tied outside with metal chains, suffering in the brutal temperatures. One dog was in critical conditionwhile his companion, Puchi, could only watch helplessly as his friend suffered. WEACT arrived in time to rescue them both, but despite our efforts, Puchis friend didn't make it. In his final moments, it felt as though he was entrusting his beloved companion to our care.Today, Puchis eyes shine with trust and love. He deserves a family who will treasure him for simply being who he isand we believe that family is out there, waiting to find him. Overall, Puchi is a natural explorer with an insatiable curiosity. He enjoys sniffing around during his walks. When he is in a new environment, he doesn't panic and confidently walks around. Puchis a bold, adventurous spirit who embraces the unknown and thrives on discovering new experiences. For Puchi, whether his new home is an apartment or house doesnt matter. What he needs most is a family committed to frequent walks and giving opportunities of outdoor play and exploration. Puchi is looking for a family who will keep him cool in the summer heat and cozy warm in winter, ensuring those painful memories of being chained outside fade into the past. With love like that, Puchi will be the happiest dog in the world. Name: Puchi (20260405-01)Weight: 34lbsAge: 3.5 years (Est.
