Meet Haru a joyful, energetic pup whos ready to find his forever family.Haru is a handsome Jindo mix with a beautiful tan/light brown coat and a bright, playful personality. Haru is the perfect medium-sized companionbig enough for adventures but still happy to curl up nearby after a day of fun.Harus journey began when he was only one month old. During the harsh Korean winter, an urgent request came from Yangsan City Shelter, where Haru and his three siblingsincluding his brother Chocowere struggling to survive in the freezing conditions. With temperatures dropping and resources limited, their chances were slim. Thankfully, rescuers were able to bring Haru and his siblings to safety just in time, giving them the chance to grow up warm, cared for, and loved.Now that hes grown, Haru has blossomed into a friendly, social, and playful young dog who absolutely loves people. He greets both women and men with enthusiasm and enjoys spending time with his humans. Haru also gets along wonderfully with other dogs and loves playing with his canine friends in the yard. With his medium-to-high energy, Haru would thrive in a home that enjoys walks, outdoor play, and spending time together. A home with a yard would be ideal for him to stretch his legs, though he could adapt to apartment living with plenty of daily exercise.Haru is house trained, walks well on leash, rides nicely in the car, and rarely barks unless theres a reason. Hes currently working on his crate training and is eager to continue learning with a family who will guide him. He can live with cats, though his playful energy may be a bit much for older or more reserved cats.Above all, Haru is a happy, affectionate dog with a big heart who is ready to share his life with a loving family.
