Mia's journey began with a heartbreaking surrender - she, along with her eight puppies, was left in a secluded area with the intention of being killed. Fortunately, I stumbled upon them and brought them home. However, tragedy struck when three of her puppies passed away inexplicably after a few weeks. To ensure their safety, I placed the remaining puppies in a foster home, but unfortunately, three were stolen. Despite this ordeal, Mia has found happiness with her two remaining puppies, Micky and Maki.Personality: Mia is a stunning dog with a gentle soul. She enjoys playing with toys and plastic bottles on her own. While she gets along well with other dogs, she values having her own space. Mia is lovely, sweet, and incredibly intelligent, always quick to obey when called. The perfect family for Mia would be one that is calm, with perhaps one other dog, ideally a senior family who can provide her with the second chance she deserves. When Mia is in a new environment or people, she needs a little time to warm up. Mia normally finds herself a place in the house to feel protected like a place under the stairs, a room, or a bathroom, that she can use when she feels a little nervous. I think she feels protected in small, quiet, and secluded spaces.
