My story

Augustus seems to have decided that every day is a good day to make a new friend. From the moment staff met him, he was friendly, excited, and happy to be around people. He has the kind of upbeat personality that makes you smile, with an enthusiasm for life that shines through even while he`s waiting for his next chapter to begin. Despite being a little thin and showing signs that life has not always been easy, Augustus has held onto his cheerful spirit and his belief that people are worth trusting. Dogs like Augustus have a special way of making a house feel like home. He appears eager to be included, ready for adventures, and happy to soak up attention from the people around him. His bright attitude suggests a dog who is looking forward, not backward. With good meals, a comfortable place to rest, and a family to call his own, Augustus has all the ingredients needed to thrive. All adoptions include support from our adoption team to ensure a smooth transition from the shelter to your home.
