My story

Hi, I'm Chiquita Banana, let me tell you about me! I am almost 4 years old and a very easy companion dog.  My temporary digs are OK but I would really like a home of my own, could it be with you?  I'm a little Chihuahua/pug mix, also known by the designer name: chug.  I have a cozy bed in my crate where I sleep quietly every night and have great house manners as I potty outside every time!  I am a sturdy 10.6 lbs with an athletic build, just right for daily leash walks!   I was very overwhelmed in my previous home with 10 large dogs, so really prefer to share my forever home with no more than one small doggy.  Won't you pick me??? I am spayed, my vaccinations are up to date, I am microchipped and I just had a doggy dental!  If you want more info, live in the Phoenix metro area and feel you might be my forever home, applications are being accepted at their website www.helpadogsmile.org.  The application is not a commitment to adopt, it is a tool used by the rescue to see if we are a good match!
