My story

Meet Apollo — a goofy, lovable Lab with a heart full of sunshine and a spirit that makes every day feel a little brighter. Apollo is a handsome 18 month old sweetheart who is ready to find his forever family. At 70 pounds, he is a wonderful companion with the perfect blend of playful energy, gentle affection, and loyal Lab love. He is neutered, healthy, up to date on his shots, and ready to bring warmth, laughter, and happiness into the home of someone very special. Apollo is the kind of dog who makes people smile without even trying. Picture him trotting happily beside you on a walk, looking up with that sweet, hopeful face as if to say, “Where are we going next?” Imagine coming home after a long day and being greeted by a happy boy who is simply thrilled that you are his person. Apollo has a joyful spirit, a loving heart, and that special Lab way of making ordinary moments feel brighter. Whether it is a stroll through the neighborhood, a ride in the car, a backyard play session, or a cozy evening curled up nearby, Apollo is ready to be part of it all. He walks nicely on leash, enjoys the company of other dogs, and is wonderful with people. He is young enough to enjoy adventure and fun, but loving enough to settle in as a true companion. Apollo is not just looking for a house — he is looking for a family to belong to, a routine to be part of, and people who will love him as much as he will love them. Apollo is a lovable, energetic 1.5-year-old Lab mix, approximately 70 lbs, and ready to find a forever family who can keep up with his zest for life. 🐾 Apollo LOVES to run, play and explore. His ideal home is with an active couple or family who enjoys walks, hikes and outdoor adventures. He needs plenty of exercise and would thrive with a fenced yard or regular access to a secure dog park. He’d also love a playful, energetic dog at home or regular daycare and playdates. Apollo is great with other dogs and LOVES to play. He hasn’t quite figured out when a dog is wanting to be left alone. So another playful dog who appreciates his enthusiasm would be his best match or an easy going dog that is ok with his persistence.. Once Apollo gets the exercise he needs, he settles beautifully and becomes an affectionate, loving companion. Without enough activity, he may create his own entertainment! 😅 He is crate trained, house trained and still working on his leash skills. At night, he’s more than happy to climb into bed and cuddle with his people. 💜 If you have been dreaming of a dog who will join you for walks, make you laugh with his goofy charm, rest his head nearby when it is time to relax, and remind you every day how good it feels to be loved unconditionally, Apollo may be your boy. He has so much love to give, and he is waiting for the person or family who sees him and knows, “That’s our dog.” Apollo is looking for his forever family within 3 hours of Toronto, and applicants must live in Ontario.
