My story

Hot Dog was in the shelter and was not doing well - he had a lot of pent up energy, was jumping a lot and just unhappy. He has come a long way since then and is doing amazing in his foster home. Hot Dog is a good sweet boy. He loves all other dogs, lives with big and small in foster, he does need reminders that the tiny dogs cannot run and play with him the way he wants but otherwise he is amazing. He is kennel trained and great on a leash as well as potty trained! He does need a household with someone that can give him lots of direction and playtime as he needs to have clear boundaries and help keep him on the right track. Sometimes thinks he still a small puppy himself. Hot Dog wants all the snuggles and loves he can get. He plays hard and naps equally as hard. In general he loves life! He enjoys flopping around a toy rope or stuffy. And chewing a bone is prime time or running around the backyard is pure satisfaction for him! He knows sit and shake and had graduated Hamilton Hound Prison Program Graduate (from Georgia). Good with adults: Yes Good with kids: Yes, very sweet but does jump sometimes, he is working on it and doing very well!
