My story
We got Ellie out of a tough situation and she's adjusted well with living in our home. We don't know exactly what her situation was but she clearly has some trauma from abuse or neglect. She's 5 years old and her super hyper days are behind her. Oddly enough, she enjoys following our cats around and watching them more than she likes playing with our other dogs. If you have a cat and are interested in adopting a dog, Ellie would be a perfect fit.
