My story

If summer could wag its tail, it would be Misty. This sweet girl is a bundle of happy wiggles and pure joy wrapped up in the softest fur. From the moment she sees you, her whole body starts wagging with excitement, as if she`s been waiting all day just to say hello! Misty has never met a person she didn`t want to shower with affection, and she believes every day is the perfect day for playtime and fun!Like the best summer adventures, Misty is full of excitement and wonder. She loves exploring the world one sniff at a time, chasing toys across the yard, and turning every patch of grass into her own little playground. After a busy day of puppy fun, she`s more than happy to curl up beside you, soaking up belly rubs. As a young puppy, Misty is still learning all about the world. She`ll need a family that`s ready to guide her with patience, consistency, and lots of positive reinforcement as she learns her puppy manners. In return, you`ll get a loyal best friend whose heart is every bit as big as her happy wiggles.This summer, skip the fireworks, Misty is all the sparkle you`ll ever need. Pack your sunscreen, grab a leash, and get ready for a season filled with adventures, laughter, and a lifetime of unconditional love.IN-SHELTER NOTES & IDEAL HOMESIZE:19 lbs and growing!HOME TYPE:Any.CHILDREN:Yes- Children potentially compatible.CATS & SMALL ANIMALS:Yes- cats potentially compatible with slow proper introduction.OTHER DOGS:Yes- Dogs potentially compatibleACTIVITY/ENERGY LEVEL:High; will need a lot of daily exercise, enrichment and mental stimulation.HUMAN COMPATIBILTY:Misty can go home with a first-time dog owner, as long as they are prepared to give her the time, patience, and support she needs to blossom.TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/NEEDS:At least three in-person training sessions to work on socialization, basic training and manners.HUMAN SOCIAL IN SHELTER:Very human social!
