My story

Mr. Wiggles is a two-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier mix with a name that perfectly matches his personality. This happy-go-lucky guy is full of charm, loves people, and is always ready to brighten someone's day with his goofy grin and wagging tail. Now in the care of Big Hearts for Big Breeds, Mr. Wiggles is settling into rescue life and showing everyone what a fun, affectionate companion he is. He loves being around people and is happiest when he's included in the action, whether that's going for a walk, soaking up belly rubs, or simply hanging out with his favorite humans. Mr. Wiggles is crate trained and is continuing to work on his leash manners, as he can get a little excited and pull during walks. With consistency and positive reinforcement, he's making great progress and will only continue to improve. We're still getting to know Mr. Wiggles, so his compatibility with cats and other dogs is currently being evaluated. As he settles into foster care, we'll continue learning more about what type of home will help him thrive.
