My story

Valentina's story is one of resilience, hope, and unconditional love. She was rescued from the streets of El Salto, Jalisco, one of the most challenging areas in the state, after reports came in that she had been lying in the same spot for several days, unable to walk and completely vulnerable. No one knows how long she had been surviving on her own or everything she endured before help arrived, but her gentle spirit never faded. Our team welcomed Valentina into our care and committed to giving her the second chance she deserved. Over the next two months, she received extensive veterinary care, rehabilitation, and physical therapy to help her regain her strength. During her recovery, she was also spayed and completed all of her medical treatment. Day by day, Valentina grew stronger-not only physically but emotionally as well. Despite everything she had experienced, Valentina never stopped trusting people. She is incredibly affectionate, gentle, and grateful for every kind word, soft touch, and moment of attention. Human companionship is what makes her happiest, and she thrives on love and affection. Today, Valentina is healthy, happy, and ready for her forever family. She was transferred from Guadalajara to Mexico City to continue her journey toward adoption, and she is now ready to travel wherever her perfect family may be. In the home, Valentina is emotionally stable, easygoing, and non-territorial. She enjoys sharing her space with other dogs and settles in beautifully, although she prefers to be fed separately. Her favorite toy is a tennis ball, and she lights up whenever it's time to play. Whether she's chasing a ball, relaxing by your side, or soaking up affection, Valentina's greatest joy comes from being with the people she loves. Valentina has already overcome incredible challenges. Now all she needs is someone willing to open their heart and give her the love, safety, and happiness she has always deserved.
