QUICK FACTS Name: Haemi Age: Born February 21, 2026 (Around 5 months old) Gender: Female (Spaying to be scheduled) Breed: Jindo mix Color: Golden brown, & black Weight: 10.5kg / 23lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was rescued from a car center where I had been neglected and wasn't receiving the care and attention every dog deserves. Thankfully, kind rescuers stepped in and gave me a second chance at life. My difficult past is now behind me, and I'm ready to leave those days behind as I begin a brand new chapter with a loving forever family.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY I'm a super smart and adorable little girl with so much potential. Even though I'm still a puppy, I have a gentle and thoughtful personality. Rather than rushing up to new people, I like to approach them politely and carefully, which the volunteers find absolutely heartwarming. I'm also very food motivated, making training both fun and rewarding. I already know how to sit and have excellent focus during training sessions, so I'm sure I'll learn many more tricks and commands with my future family. I can't wait to keep growing into the wonderful companion I was meant to be.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I'm incredibly friendly and love meeting new people! I'll happily greet everyone I meet and am always excited to make new friends. I don't mind being picked up, and one of my favorite ways to show how comfortable I feel is by rolling over to offer my belly, even when we've just met. My sweet, trusting nature makes it easy for people to fall in love with me. · With Dogs: I'm friendly and social with other dogs and enjoy making new canine friends. I have a gentle, easygoing personality and prefer to keep the peace. Rather than getting involved in disagreements, I'd much rather walk away and avoid conflict, making me a wonderful companion for a home with other respectful dogs. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is currently unknown, but a cat test can be arranged upon request to help ensure the best match for my future home. I do enjoy chasing birds when I spot them during walks, so I'll appreciate a family that can help keep me safely on leash while we explore the outdoors together   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a high energy level and love staying active! One of my favorite things to do is run around, explore the outdoors, and enjoy exciting adventures with my people. After I've had plenty of exercise and fun, I'm more than happy to come inside, settle down, and relax by your side. I would thrive with an active family that can give me both the physical activity and companionship I enjoy.   TRAINING & HABITS I can be a little possessive of my favorite toys, but I've never gotten into a serious fight over them with another dog. In fact, if someone tries to take my toy away, I'm more likely to gobble it up than argue about it. I walk well on leash and enjoy exploring the world by your side! I can pull a little at times, especially if I'm excited to head in a direction I'd like to explore, but with continued training and consistency, I'm sure my leash manners will keep improving. I'm also a very quiet girl who rarely barks. During kennel training, I may whine a little because I'm still learning, but I make progress every day. I can sometimes get carsick, so I'll benefit from gradual desensitization and plenty of positive experiences with car rides. For potty habits, I currently use both pee pads indoors and go potty outside. As I settle into a consistent walking routine, I'll likely prefer doing my business outdoors.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: • A family that will provide me with a safe haven – where I can decompress, be myself in a stable environment • A family that understands my past and is patient with me throughout • A family that enjoys indoor and outdoor time together • A family that will love and cherish me forever • Understanding that I can be a bit possessive over my toys and willing to guide me with patience and love so I learn to be more calm around them   SPECIAL NOTES I'm a bright, affectionate, and playful puppy with so much potential! I love making new friends, whether they have two legs or four, and my sweet, trusting personality makes it easy for people to fall in love with me. I'm eager to learn, especially when treats are involved, and I'm already showing everyone just how smart I am. As a young puppy, I'm still learning about the world and will continue to thrive with patient guidance, positive reinforcement, and plenty of love. With an active family who can keep up with my adventurous spirit while helping me build good habits, I'm sure I'll grow into an incredible lifelong companion.
