My story

Meet Thunder! This sweet boy is looking for a forever home. He has been in and out of shelter for most of his life - and he is really ready for a permanent spot in someone's heart. Thunder is very playful, goofy, and curious. He absolutely loves being in water, playing with toys, and just being close to people. He has been noted to be dog-friendly, and loves every person he has ever met! Thunder's only downfall is that he cannot go to a home with cats, as we have noted quite the prey drive to them here in shelter. On Dog Day Outings, he is described as playful, excited, curious, and very sociable with both people and other dogs, remaining calm, well-mannered, and easy to walk throughout the outing. He was excellent in the car, friendly with dogs of all sizes, and described as a "gentle giant and a gentleman,".If you are ready to open your heart to a big lovebug like Thunder, come by the adoption centre any day from 11am-5:30pm to meet him and take him home.
