My story

This stunning lady is Millie! She is an approximately 7–8-year-old cocker spaniel who was found as a stray in Gatineau.  Millie is initially shy however warms up quickly especially with patience and a treat!  When she came into the shelter she was a matted mess, and it was impossible to even see her body!   She was listed as a Moyen Poodle!  One of our amazing groomers groomed her the other day and look who appeared!  The lovely and talented Miss Millie! More about her: Housetrained Not vocal (we’ve never heard her bark) Crate trained Good with dogs Takes time to trust (more with men) but does make good progress No aggression seen Learning to walk on leash and doing well Door dashed (needs to be kept away from open doors) Runs zoomies in the yard Sleeps with foster couple No known medical issues (needs to have her cocker ears kept clean and dry) Due to time constraints, we cannot respond to every email asking for more information on a dog.
