Pad Thai

My story

Hi I’m Pad Thai! I'm about 8 months old and 13.5 lbs which makes me the perfect mix of cuddly baby and well-trained boy! I am fully potty trained, I LOVE the freedom of a doggy-door, and need a fenced, grassy yard where I can run, zoom, and explore throughout the day. Fetch is my favorite outdoor game. Indoors I love to play tug or with my big collection of favorite toys. I also love napping on the couch right by your side and being near my person all day long. I would do best as an only dog. I'm treat-motivated and love learning new tricks. I know sit, shake, high five, fist bump, lay down, spin, roll over, and can't wait to learn more! I can be a little picky choosing my favorite person, but when I do, I'm your BFF - I may be little, but my love is BIG. I don't enjoy being home alone so a retiree or someone home full-time is my best match. I prefer being close to my people - spoiled with love, attention, play, cuddles, and treats. Some of my favorite treats include homemade dog cookies (ask my fosters for the recipe), dog-safe fruits & veggies, Frosty Paws, and berry flavored Buddy Budder. Fun fact - My ears ring and if you listen closely, you can hear it too. Some say it makes me a little quirky, but I think it makes me extra special and unique! Because of the noise in my ears, I do best in a household with calm vibes, but with plenty of opportunities for exercise. My ears make me a little anxious and distracted sometimes, so I’m looking for a family with lots of love, patience and understanding. My foster family adores me and will help make my transition smooth and supported.
