QUICK FACTS Name: Dalkom Age: About 6 Months Old Gender: Female (Spayed) Breed: Jindo – Terrier Mix Color: White, Brown and Black Weight: 5kg / 11lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was rescued from a municipal shelter alongside my friend, Darong, and together we bravely overcame illness while sharing the same kennel. Thanks to the loving care we received, we both made a full recovery with no lasting effects. Back then, I was always looking out for Darong like an older sibling, but these days we've become playful little rivals—especially when food is involved, and I'm always trying to sneak a bite of Darong's meal! Now I'm healthy, full of life, and excited to find a forever family to share my next adventure with.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Spayed & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY Hi, I'm Dalkom! I'm a tiny, adorable girl with a big personality packed into a little body! I absolutely love people and enjoy spending time with them, whether I'm asking for a few extra cuddles or showing off my sweet, affectionate side. I'm also a big fan of treats, which makes learning new things both fun and rewarding for me. I may have a little bit of sass tucked away inside me, but it's all part of my charm! My tiny "attitude" is more adorable than intimidating, and it's usually over as quickly as it starts. Beneath that playful spirit is a gentle, loving girl who simply enjoys life and the people around her. With my beautiful looks, cheerful personality, and affectionate nature, I have a way of making everyone smile. I'm the perfect combination of sweet, playful, and easy to love, and I'm ready to share all of that with a family of my own. If you're looking for a small companion with a huge heart and a touch of adorable spunk, I'd love to meet you!   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I absolutely love being around people! Whether we've known each other for a long time or we're meeting for the very first time, I'll happily come over, lean against you, and enjoy all the pets and affection you have to offer. I'm also comfortable being gently picked up with support under my belly when needed. I haven't had the opportunity to meet children under 13 yet, so I may simply need a little time and guidance as I experience something new. · With Dogs: I'm friendly and polite when meeting other dogs and enjoy walking over to say hello, though I'm usually more interested in a friendly greeting than starting a play session. I tend to get along especially well with dogs around my own size, and I'm happiest sharing calm, respectful interactions with my friends.  · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have moderate energy level – I enjoy spending time outdoors before happily settling down to relax once I've had my exercise. I'm still learning my leash manners, so I may pull a little during walks, but I'm very people-oriented and naturally want to stay with my person. With continued training, patience, and consistency, I'm sure to become an even more enjoyable walking companion.   TRAINING & HABITS I don't guard my food from people, but I may growl if another dog approaches while I'm eating, so I appreciate having my own space during mealtimes. If there's something I really want, I may let you know with a little demand barking. I can be a bit vocal in my kennel and may whine at first, but with patience and positive reinforcement, I'll continue building my confidence. I'm flexible with my potty habits and can use both indoor pee pads and go outside for bathroom breaks.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself.
