My story

Meet Rami, a sweet and loving puppy from Pocheon, South Korea, whose journey began with a second chance. Her mother, Bailey, was rescued after being found living in neglect while pregnant. Just one week later, Bailey gave birth to four puppies, including Rami. Rami and her siblings have been safe and cared for since birth, growing up surrounded by loving people. Because of this, she has developed into a bright, trusting, and affectionate little girl with an innocent and open heart. Rami is curious, playful, active, and absolutely loves people. She enjoys following her person from room to room and is happiest when she can be close to her family. She is friendly with men, women, and children and quickly warms up to new people. She also loves other dogs and has grown up happily playing with her mother and littermates. She has shown no aggression or food guarding and eats calmly alongside other dogs. Rami is just beginning her basic training and is learning "sit" and "wait." She understands that sitting nicely earns her a treat, although sometimes her excitement gets the better of her and her little paws end up on her person instead! She is also working on crate training and can use pee pads indoors. She enjoys walks and follows her handler nicely. New environments may make her a little cautious at first, but she observes, adjusts, and gains confidence quickly. She is calm and quiet in the car, although she may drool a little from mild motion sickness. Rami is a curious and quick little girl, so her family will need to be careful around open doors and continue teaching her to wait before going outside. More than anything, Rami is looking for a family who will love her, include her in everyday life, and continue guiding her with patience and kindness. She would love a home filled with walks, playtime, learning, cuddles, and plenty of time with her people. Rami has already learned that humans can be kind. Now she is ready to find the family who will show her what it truly means to be home.
