QUICK FACTS Name: Zucchini Age: About 6 Months Old    Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Jindo Mix Color: White and Brown Weight: 10kg / 22lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was just a little puppy when I was found living in a wire cage with my mom at a dog farm. Thankfully, we were rescued together and given the chance to leave that life behind and experience safety and care. Now, with a hopeful heart and a fresh start ahead, I’m ready for my next chapter with a loving forever family.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Neutered & healthy with no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY Hi, I’m Zucchini! I may be a little bigger than some of my dog friends, but I’m an incredibly gentle soul at heart. Being sweet-natured seems to come naturally to me—I’m simply a kind, easygoing boy. One of the things that stands out most about me is just how patient I am. Wherever I go, I tend to be the one who quietly tolerates things rather than causing trouble.   I can be a little shy when I first meet someone, but it really doesn’t take me long to come around. Give me just a little time to realize that I’m safe, and you’ll quickly get to see the lovable side of me. I’m the kind of dog who may need that first day to get comfortable, but once that initial uncertainty passes, I’m ready to settle in and build a connection. I have a nicely balanced energy level, and apparently, the little things I do are pretty adorable! I’m also a quick learner. When it came time to work on my leash-walking skills, I caught on right away. With my manageable energy and willingness to learn, I have so much potential to adjust beautifully to everyday life with my future family. I hope to find a family where I can relax, be a little spoiled, and discover just how wonderful it feels to be someone’s beloved companion. I have so much quiet sweetness to share—I’m just waiting for the family who will give me the chance to show it.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I can be a little shy when I first meet someone, but a few treats help me warm up quickly, and soon I’m comfortable being petted. Once I’m feeling at ease, I’m quite trusting—I may even show my belly to someone I’ve just met! I’m also comfortable being gently picked up with an arm supporting me under my belly. I haven’t had experience with children under 13 yet, so my comfort level with younger kids is still unknown. · With Dogs: I’m very social with other dogs and enjoy approaching both familiar and new friends to say hello and invite them to play. I tend to be easygoing around other dogs, and even if another dog tries to provoke me, I usually prefer to avoid conflict and move away. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a moderate energy level – I enjoy spending time outdoors, but I’m also happy to settle down and relax afterward. I have plenty of experience with walks and am comfortable on leash, following my person well without pulling.   TRAINING & HABITS I don’t guard my food around people or other dogs I rarely bark I’m calm and settled when I’m in a kennel I’m comfortable with both indoor pee pads and going potty outdoors.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself.
