My story

Meet Suzy, a vibrant and joyful girl who is bursting with happy puppy energy! Just like her dad, Bronx, Suzy is an absolute cuddle bug who will happily flop right onto her back for tummy rubs the second she sees you. She is a total lovebug who adores head massages, and she isn't shy about using her paws to continuously guide your hand back for more pets. This affectionate girl loves being cuddled just as much as she loves receiving treats, and she is a peaceful companion who never barks, travels beautifully in the car, and already walks incredibly well on a leash without any reactivity. While Suzy is inherently playful and outgoing, her past experiences with unkind locals mean she takes a little extra time to warm up to men. With a patient approach, she quickly overcomes her initial shyness, making her a wonderful fit for women, patient men, and older children. Suzy gets along famously with other dogs and would highly prefer a home with a canine sibling to match her medium-to-high energy level and keep her company. Because she is still working on her house-training and is not crate trained, she will do best in a house with a yard rather than an apartment. If you have a little patience and a lot of love to give, Suzy is ready to fill your life with endless affection, playfulness, and sweet puppy head nudges.
