My story

Ranger's story could have ended very differently. This big, sweet boy was found running down the middle of Highway 271 in Gilmer, Texas, and thankfully a kind woman was able to get him safely into her car. She wanted to help him but, as a disabled woman who walks with a cane, she simply couldn't manage his jumping or keep him safely. Ranger has come a LONG way since then-his jumping has improved tremendously, although it's still a work in progress. Beneath all that youthful energy is the sweetest boy who absolutely loves people, kids, cuddles, pets, and playing with other dogs. He's affectionate, playful and happiest when he has a canine friend to romp around with. Ranger is ready for a family who will continue helping him polish his manners while giving him the exercise, companionship and love he deserves.
