Dolly

My story

Dolly’s ears are picking up a signal that you are coming to meet her soon! Meet Dolly, a sweet and gentle Shepherd Mix that is ready for a forever home. She recently joined our rescue from Valley Humane Society, where she had been sitting since January of this year and quickly became overlooked. Dolly can be shy when meeting new people, but once she trusts and feels safe she opens up into the most sweet and loving girl. Dolly is starting to open up and show us more of her personality each day. She loves to sit in the sun, come in for gentle pets and is slowly starting to play. Dolly walks well on leash and is non-reactive when passing other dogs. She’s starting to work on basic commands and build her confidence. Dolly has previous notes of doing well with other dogs and cats with proper introductions. Dolly has a gentle demeanor about her and will appreciate a home that will be patient and allow her to warm up. She will appreciate handlers that will help guide her and continue to build her confidence. With time, Dolly will become the most loving and loyal companion.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Dolly, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
