My story

Ember was dumped by a church in a rural area, but despite her difficult start, she has shown what an incredibly special dog she is. She is exceptionally intelligent and has received professional training. She understands commands in German and Dutch and also knows her basic commands in English, including sit, stay and lay down. Ember is an affectionate, happy and friendly girl who loves being with her people. She has a high energy level and enjoys an active lifestyle, but she is also remarkably well balanced and knows how to settle. She relaxes easily in her crate and is not destructive. Ember enjoys the companionship of another playful dog and would thrive in a home where she has a canine friend to interact with. However, she can also live happily as a single dog. What matters most is that she has an active, loving family who will continue to give her the exercise, companionship and mental stimulation she needs. Ember is a wonderful combination of intelligence, affection and energy. She is a dog who has been given a second chance and is ready to find the family who will appreciate just how extraordinary she is. Medical: Heart murmur - Ember has been evaluated and there are no serious complications associated with her murmur. Her long-term prognosis is good, and no medical intervention is currently required for the heart murmur.
