Minnie

My story

I adopted Minnie from the Arizona Humane Society on August 17. She is a very happy, affectionate dog with a wonderful personality. She absolutely loves people and is a huge cuddler—she loves kisses, hugs, and being close to her person.Since bringing her home, I have noticed that she can show food aggression/resource guarding as well as some territorial behavior, particularly around another dog. Because of this, I believe Minnie may be happiest and most successful as the only dog in the home, where she can have her person's attention and her environment can be managed appropriately.Outside of these behavioral concerns, Minnie is incredibly loving and sweet. She loves playing with rubber balls and spending time with people.I also have a bed for Minnie that I would be happy to send with her so she has something familiar and comfortable during her transition. I want Minnie to be placed in a home where she's happy and loved.
