🐾✨ Meet Sori — A Sweet & Affectionate Shiba-Jindo Mix ✨🐾 📍 Location: Korea 🇰🇷 (able to fly once adopted ✈️) 🐶 Name: Sori 🎂 Age: 1.5 years old ♀️ Gender: Female ⚖️ Weight: 14 kg / 31 lb 🐕 Breed: Shiba Inu × Jindo Mix 🎨 Color: Brown ✂️ Spayed: Yes 💉 Health: Very healthy & fully vaccinated 🧡 Personality & Social Skills Sori is a sweet, affectionate girl who absolutely loves people. She may be a little shy and cautious when meeting someone for the first time and may bark briefly, but she adjusts very quickly—usually within an hour or two. Once she knows she is safe, she becomes incredibly affectionate and loves staying close to her person. 🥰 👩👨 With people: Friendly and affectionate with both women and men. 👶 With kids: May bark briefly when children are very loud or running around, but settles down once she gets used to them. 🐶 With dogs: Gets along well with other dogs, especially male dogs. She may growl if another dog approaches her aggressively or behaves rudely. 🐱 With cats: May chase cats but does not try to bite them. 🏠 Lifestyle & Training ✔ Medium energy ✔ 100% outdoor potty trained ✔ Very well crate-trained ✔ Walks well on a leash and harness ✔ Enjoys walks ✔ Travels well in the car ✔ Rarely barks ✔ No destructive behavior ✔ Apartment-friendly ✔ Yard not required ✔ Can live happily as the only dog Sori has good recall and comes back when called by name. Because she is accustomed to going potty outdoors, she needs regular outdoor walks at least twice a day if there is no fenced yard. ⚠️ Sori may try to walk out if a door is left open, so extra care should always be taken around open doors. A securely fenced yard is important if she has access to one. 🌈 Rescue Story During the winter, Sori’s mother, Deokja, was living beside a sewage ditch as a farm guard dog. In those harsh conditions, she gave birth to six puppies, including Sori. Their mother was suffering from heartworm disease, and all six puppies were struggling to survive while nursing from her in extremely poor conditions. There was not even a proper fence to keep them safe, and the puppies were at serious risk of falling into the sewage ditch. Because their lives were in danger, Sori and her siblings were rescued and given the chance to grow up somewhere safe. 🐾❤️ Today, Sori is a healthy, loving young girl who is ready to leave her difficult past behind. She is looking for a family who will give her the love, safety, and forever home she deserves. 🤎🐾 🏡 Sori is waiting for her forever family. ✈️🐶
