Rusty

My story

I adopted Rusty as a companion for my other male German Shepherd. He was surrendered by his previous family that stated he was great with dogs and cats and loves kids! He is a very sweet boy, great on a leash and in public, moderate energy, and his very favorite thing is his ball. He would play fetch for hours. He also enjoys his walks. I am looking for the right home for him because my current dog is not liking sharing his house with another. I’ve tried for several weeks to try to make it work but they are just not a good fit. My current dog would prefer to be the only dog I think. Rusty would probably thrive in a home with children and someone who will give him lots of play time and attention as well as a cuddle buddy snuggled up next to you. He’s a great dog. He had a growth in his front paw you can see in the photo. I had it surgically removed because I thought I would be able to keep him and can provide all of the vet records and receipts.
