For Aliya, that journey began with an unexpected connection.
She never considered herself a cat person until she met Oliver, a chocolate brown cat waiting patiently for a family at her local PetSmart store. After her first visit, she couldn't stop thinking about him. She came back a second time, and by her third visit, she knew Oliver belonged with her.
Today, Aliya says adopting Oliver through a changed her life for the better. She proudly calls herself a cat mom and says bringing Oliver home was one of the best decisions she's ever made.
Oliver found the loving family he deserved, and his adoption made room for another pet waiting for the same chance.
