Promotion Period: Begins at 12:00 a.m. PT September 19, 2022 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on November 30, 2022
Eligibility: Open to all approved Sponsor Adoption Partners (“Adoption Partner”) located in the 50 United States and D.C.. Adoption Partners must be an approved Adoption Partner during the entire Promotion Period to be eligible to win.
How to Enter: Any Adoption Partner with a minimum of one associate completing the e-Learning and submitting a survey via Survey Monkey are entered for a chance to win (an “Entry”). There is a maximum of one Entry per Adoption Partner.
Prizes/Winner Notification: One hundred winners will be randomly drawn from all Entries to earn $500 in Adoption Partner Rewards. For more details on Adoption Partner Rewards, visit: https://petsmartcharities.org/pro/adoption-partner/adoption-partner-rewards.
Winners will be notified via email on or before December 12, 2022.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a Prize depend upon the total number of participating Adoption Partners during the Promotion Period.

Release: By participating in the Promotion, entrants release Sponsor from any liability whatsoever, and waive all causes of action related to claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injury, death, or damage to or loss or destruction of property), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or otherwise (“Claims”). By participating in the Promotion, entrants also agree to fully indemnify Sponsor and its Related Parties and hold each of them harmless from any and all claims of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including any use or enjoyment of any prize.
Winners List: For a list of winners, available for ninety days after December 12, 2022, send an email to: adoptions@petsmartcharities.org with “PetSmart Charities E-Learning Promotion” in the subject line. Winners List will be sent after all prizes have been awarded.

Sponsor decisions with respect to the Promotion are final and binding. The Promotion and these rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the state of Arizona, U.S.A. without regard to conflict or choice of law provisions.
